1. Fulfillment Policy
1:1 Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are delivered virtually via video call. After purchase, clients will receive a link to schedule their session at a mutually convenient time. Coaching sessions are considered fulfilled once the scheduled session has occurred.
Job Search Master Class
This is a digital product delivered via PDF. You will receive the document within 24 hours of purchase, typically much sooner. The product is considered fulfilled once the PDF has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Refund Policy
1:1 Coaching Sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.
