At Career Club, we provide executive coaching and digital job search resources designed to empower professionals. Our fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies are outlined below.

1. Fulfillment Policy

1:1 Coaching Sessions
Sessions are delivered virtually. After purchase, clients receive a link to schedule. Sessions are considered fulfilled once they occur.

Job Search Master Class
This is a digital product delivered as a PDF to the email address used at checkout within 24 hours. Fulfillment is considered complete upon delivery.

2. Refund Policy

Coaching
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling. Missed sessions or late cancellations are not refundable. If you’re unhappy with your experience, please email us at info@career.club — we’ll review any concerns personally.

Digital Product
Due to the nature of digital delivery, the master class PDF is non-refundable once sent. If you have any delivery issues, please contact us.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice via your scheduling link or by contacting us directly.
